Proper care of your pet while at our kennel begins with a total commitment to the well-being, safety and comfort of your pet. From check-in to check-out, we focus on your pet's needs. Comprehensive kennel and guest record management software maintains the important records needed about your pet. This includes health records, medications, special diets or feeding instructions. Any special care reports are placed in your pet's file and referred to daily.  
   

Feeding
A well balanced diet of Purina products is given to our guests, unless you prefer feeding what you normally feed at home. We'll be happy to accommodate your pet’s dietary needs. We will feed your pet once or twice a day per your instructions. Stainless steel food and water bowls will be provided for your pet while staying with us. Throughout the day water bowls are checked to ensure water is always clean and available.

Medications
Medications are administered as directed in order to obtain your pets’ optimum health. Please have all medications in their original bottles and properly labeled with: pet’s name, dosage, strength of the medication and expiration date.  
 
Beds
Each guest has a raised bed to rest and sleep on. Beds remain dry and warm. Each bed is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day.

You are more than welcome to bring your pet’s favorite blanket or toys in order to give your pet an added sense of comfort. Easily washable items are best. Please be certain to permanently label your pet's belongings with your last name. (Please be aware that pets occasionally experience behavior changes while away from home and may be destructive to their toys or beds. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost)  

Music and Atmosphere
Soothing background music plays throughout the kennel. Playing music is a proven way to help your dog relax and reduce stress while away from home.
